The office is located on Level 1. When exiting the elevators turn left and continue to the end of the corridor. The clinic is located at the last office on the right.
Parking
Street parking for up to 2 hours is available during the week or there is a parking garage in Queens lane with an Early Bird Rate of $15 dollars if entry before 10 am. Please make sure to park on Level 4 or above for Early Bird Rates.
