About

Sofia is a provisional psychologist who has completed her Master of Professional Psychology at La Trobe University. She has experience working with children and adolescents within a school setting, providing counselling sessions utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and conducting psychological assessments. She has worked with clients with a range of presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem/body image, emotional regulation difficulties, OCD and neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Autism and ADHD). Sofia aims to provide a therapeutic environment that is safe and non-judgemental. She is passionate about empowering her clients and their families to make positive changes in their lives. When she is not working, she enjoys attending pilates classes, travelling and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
