Linda is an Educational and Developmental psychologist . She earned a Bachelor of Psychology (Honors) in London, UK, and a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology in Melbourne, Australia. Linda has extensive experience working in both private and public settings, including hospitals, schools, and private practices. She has substantial experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She is passionate about helping people optimize their growth and well-being, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, building self-esteem, emotional regulation, and parenting. She also offers interventions for diagnoses like ADHD and Autism. Linda specializes in diagnostic assessment for Specific Learning Disorder (Dyslexia , and Dyscalculia), as well as ADHD and Autism. Her treatment approach is person-centered and tailored to suit each client's individual needs. She aims to establish a strong therapeutic relationship, assisting each client in their growth and development, using a strength-based approach. Therapeutic methods she commonly uses include Attachment-Based Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Social Skills training, often incorporating mindfulness techniques. She thoroughly enjoys working with clients and is passionate about helping them develop their inner strengths and thrive in different environments. Outside of her work, she is a mother and enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, reading, cooking, taking nature walks, and traveling.
